1. Your invitation envelopes.

2. Your inside envelopes. (see below for details)

3. Your place cards (if it applies).

4. All extra envelopes (you should order 25 or more per 100 invitations and send with your order - get extra also for your mistakes, forgotten guests and changes.)

5. Your guest list (see below for details)

(All lettering will be done in black ink - any other special pen inks or colors to be used is at an additional cost.)

Your Guest List:

• Must be TYPED, numbered, alphabetized and spelled correctly!

• Names of guests your inviting must be in a proper formal format.

• "&" will be used instead of "and".

for example:

Miss, Ms. Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Jones
Full Address
City, State and MOST importantly ZIP CODE
(if state is to be abbreviated put abbreviation)

(Keep a copy of your list for yourself.  Please re-check any copies you have made.)

Inside Envelopes:

• Have a separate list for your inside envelopes.

• Don't forget it could also have their name with Guest.

• Please specify, or it will be written as the outer envelope last name reads.  (omitting their first name - ex. Mr. & Mrs. Jones)

Sending Your Shipment:

• "Insured" priority mail - recommended for calligraphy and favors.  Or UPS for gift, items and favors.

• We will be happy to call you to confirm your orders arrival.

Did You Forget Anyone, Changes?

No problem.  Just give us a call and let us know the missing information.  We will do it over for you and you will be billed accordingly.
